Today we are seeing a nice setup on EURJPY as it broke its support-turned-resistance level and is testing it. We expect a strong reaction to occur below this level, pushing price down to our major support. RSI is also facing bearish pressure, in line with our bearish bias. We are also seeing a nice setup on EURGBP where it is approaching our first major support which coincides with a Fibonacci retracement and Fibonacci extension, where we expect a bounce to occur above the level. Previously, USDJPY bounced nicely off our first support and ascending support line and is well on its way to our major resistance:
